One of our qualified advisers will discuss your situation and requirements in detail and advise of any additional information needed to carry out an intensive search of the whole market.
Following our research, your adviser will tailor their recommendations to your specific needs including details of rates and associated fees that may apply.
Agreement In Principle
On agreement of the recommendation your adviser will request an agreement in principle from the Lender to give you confidence that all should be approved on application.
Your adviser will submit the full application when ready. This is the stage when the lender will assess the supporting documentation requested and arrange a survey/valuation on the property.
Your adviser will look to discuss your insurance needs to protect your mortgage with any recommendations and make suitable arrangements for you.
Once the lender is satisfied with the supporting documentation and survey/valuation then the Lender will issue a Formal Offer. This confirms the commitment to lend and copies are sent to your adviser, you and solicitor.
When your solicitor has finalised all the necessary legal paperwork and all parties are ready then they will arrange a completion date. The solicitor will request funds from the Lender to meet that completion date.
We will remain in touch and actively contact you before the expiry of your mortgage deal to ensure you get another mortgage deal appropriate for your requirements and needs.
